You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.Â
Please Note:
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable. This is because these items are already offered at reduced prices, and no profit margin is made on them. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a store credit (coupon) of equal value, which can be used for future purchases.
If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact cost will depend on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), the customer will not be charged for the return shipping fee.
Our fulfillment center is based in Asia, so return shipping fees typically range between £20 and £40, depending on the courier you choose.
How to Return Your Order in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@huneyboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide clear instructions.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you've received return instructions, send the item to the address we provide. Please use a tracked shipping method, as the sender is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (ensuring it is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags), we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Important: Refunds are not available for sale or discounted items. In such cases, you will receive a store coupon instead.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
